Should children ride e-bikes at night?

Riding after dark adds real challenges: drivers find it much harder to see riders, and judging speed and distance is harder for everyone. If riding in low light is unavoidable, working front and rear lights and reflective clothing make a big difference to how visible a rider is.\n\nMany families set a simple rule of no night riding for younger riders, or only riding in well-lit, low-traffic areas with an adult.
